Losing Your Sanity Due To Noises In Your Walls or Ceiling From Bats? YOU ARE NOT ALONE!!!!

 We have an inspection fee for a couple reasons.  One is because we use it to gauge the seriousness of the person that is calling looking to have the bats removed.  $195.00 of the fee is taken off the top of the quote should you use our service.  The second reason is that we are very busy doing bat removal & bird control.  Adding appointments does take a little away from being able to get to these services for our existing clients and it covers our time as the average bat inspection takes 30 min to 1 hour to do effectively. 

 This is a very hard question for us to answer,  my best response is it is like giving a haircut over the phone...just doesn't work.  Each building is different whether commercial, residential, or industrial.  Gaps 1/2" or larger must be inspected and sealed to prevent re-entry of bats and entries that are existing need one way bat valves installed.  During the inspection all these will be taken into account as well as access to those areas like ladder or aerial lift needed and the steepness of the roof all play a factor in the total cost.  Our minimum base cost is $850.00 plus tax.  The range goes from $850 and up depending on the factors above. Typical ranges for residential homes goes from $850.00 plus tax up to $4,000.00-$5,000.00 plus tax depending on size and amount of work required.  It is best to have the inspection done to determine the scope of your bat problem so that an accurate estimate can be given.   

We have 1 year warranties on every bat removal job we do except limited warranty on roofs with clay tile or wood shake shingles. Additional year warranties are available and cost will be determined at the time of the inspection.  They vary from $99.00 up to $399.00 per extra year.

  1 year warranty is on the repair work done to seal up home from bat re-entry into the structure.  The warranty starts the day we do the seal up of the house and adding the bat removal exit tubes (valves).  These allow any remaining bats inside the attic or walls to exit the structure but not re-enter.   Warranty includes re-inspection of the structure and any more seal up that may be needed that was missed during the initial seal up.  If the house is damaged after our work by some other act weather or people related...the warranty does not apply to those areas the damage has effected.  If customer gets new work done to the house and replaces materials on the home like a new roof, soffit, fascia, trim, vents, etc.  the warranty is void for bat re-entry after seal up work is completed initially.  Additional 1 year warranty is available at  a cost of $299.00 per year.  This must be requested and paid for to be activated.
